Payment

We accept payment by ACH, checks, debit, credit, and PayPal.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by arrangement with clients, or by Will Call. Rush delivery is available by special arrangement. We do not sacrifice speed for the high quality we deliver. If delivery is required by a specific date, please let us know when placing your order

Privacy

When you procure your manufacturing from Baseline Contract Sewing, we protect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or exchange customer information. We share identifiable information only with those parties entrusted with the processing of your account and the fulfillment of your order. We’ve established procedures to protect your privacy, which we vigorously uphold. Of course, this policy does not apply to information we are required to disclose by law, or in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

Information regarding you (such as name, address, phone number, and email address) or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation, unless you have given us permission.

We warrant the production of your products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship, and to substantially match the quality and assembly requirements of our clients.  If there is a problem after completion of your production run, please contact our production manager to make arrangements to repair or complete your project to more fully align with your manufacturing specifications.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects or damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, special orders or personalized items, especially when the mistake was caused by a miscommunication on your end, such as a spelling mistake on a customized product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
